Great for undoing knots
For those with less weight, you need to be careful as this product is very sturdy. I would advise to go in gently then once you're used to it, use it as normal. I always hear pops and cracks while it sorts out my back and it's a great hip tilter, which brings great relief. I recommend this product if you suffer from moderate back pain.

Did the job but sadly broke
I loved this, using every day and doing a great job. Used it appropriately, but unexpectedly broke after about 6 weeks. I'm not overweight (6ft male and 82kg)
