Excellent quality goods with great customer service
I bought this kit in order to install a water2buy softener. I snapped it up as only a couple left before my plumber came to tell me that the unit wouldn’t fit in my kitchen. Disappointed as the reviews everywhere are great for the softener. The kit was depatched very quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The hoses look great quality but unfortunately are not needed. I completed a return request and Steven called me from Water2buy within the hour. He sorted my return out there and then. I was really impressed with the personal touch from this company. Pity my kitchen is just too small for one of their units.

This should be compulsory for first time buyers
I think this kit should be compulsory for first time installers, as most of the times we won’t have the pipes.

Does the job.
Did the job well, however quite difficult to install.

Good kit if the pipe length and end fittings match your plumbing.
Used this installation kit to install a Water2buy softener and it worked fine for me. The hoses are an appropriate length for my installation, but being 22mm are stiff to bend. The kit has been in place for 9 months now and all is working fine. I have rechecked the water softness and it is still OK.

Excellent kit but hoses are a bit long!
The kit is complete and good quality. The braided hoses are close to 1 meter long, a bit longer then necessary in my situation. I used some teflon tape, but not sure that is necessary. It all was nice water tight from the start.But it's not in the way and it gives flexibility to pull the water softener out to clean around it.

Consider first
The products themselves are of good quality, but I doubt that the length supplied will be appropriate for a majority of installations - they were certainly far too long for mine and are, of course, being 22mm not all that flexible. So consider the length required before buying this bundle.

avoid this at all costs
If you're a newbie and plan to do it yourself, avoid this at all costs. It requires far more tools than you might think. at the end of the day, it took me £850 to finish everything, excluding the softener itself.

Large caliber,high water flow
I bought this kit in order to install a water2buy softener by Amazon automatic matching. It worked well for us,high water flow, very strong hoses,but it need to be fitted properly. Recommend it.
