I had my doubts, but decided to try them. I sure underestimated them.I wore them yesterday with flip-flops, and my feet didn't get sore. (I have plantar fasciitis; a higher arch support helps a lot.)They come with two thicknesses, making it possible to fine-tune the amount of support needed.They do NOT shift around in wear, and are not hard to put socks over.They cost a lot less than custom orthotics, and provide more support and pain relief.

I tried a bunch of different inserts to help my plantar fasciitis and these were the only ones that I found were supportive without causing other pain in my foot (other ones were too firm, uncomfortably shaped, or caused an ache in the top of my foot). I wear it while working (on my feet) and even wore it on vacation, walking all day, and they were a great help. They are not a remedy for plantar fasciitis but they were a great aid while I waited for the strengthening/stretching exercises to do the real work of eliminating it.

It is nice and feet feels supported. However, easy to lose track of after washing. And since it is foot wear, tend to wash it often. Recommend you take better care of it, while I try to go find mine.

This is my third set of arch supports. I wanted extras to wear and wash and dry. The reduce pain of flat foot to almost nothing. They go on easy and stay in place. My feet feel so much better. I can feel the difference in pain if I don't wear them. They fit in any shoe.

This product comes with 2 level of support pads which is great but somehow neither worked for me specifically. I purchased these to help with foot pain but I didn't feel the difference/relief. Otherwise, the velcro is very good, clings really well and it's great that they come in 2 colors.

These really help! I never had foot pain until about 8months ago when both arches fell. I started hobbling around because of the pain in the arch region. When I first put these on, the first few steps feel uncomfortable, but then that resolves, and I do not have pain in my feet and I can walk around, either barefoot or in shoes. They work whether I put them under or over my socks. I have sent them through the washing machine (but not dryer) in a lingerie bag one or two times. So far the velcro is holding up well, and there is no separation of the pad from the band. I bought a second pair, highly recommend them.

These seem to help my arches, but in less than 10 days, BOTH fell apart. Each is made of two layers of material that is lightly glued together; these two layers separated on each one. If I had a sewing machine, I could sew them together, but then, why doesn't the company sew them together instead of using some cheap glue that quits working almost immediately?

These arch supports are great - I bought them twice more. Without them I limp and experience a lot of foot and ankle pain. With these supports I have no pain whatsoever in walking.
