I utilise this tape for strapping up my ankle. It was simple to use, it sticks well and holds. I can feel the support around my ankle. Great value for money as I e used more expensive brands for the same outcome before now.

Very good tape.
I play tennis and I have used this tape when feeling the niggles in certain places such as ankle and wrist. I have repurchase already once more.

Not for sensitive skin
My skin is not sensitive. Unfortunately the tape ripped the skin from my neck after first use. I would not recommend this at all.
