Makes your energy part of the day instead of the jitters you feel energized. Great taste, not too sweet not too anything. Not easy to press the release button on the top if you have in the fridge. I will release before I Refridgerate. The water tastes really fresh and good even without the powder mixed in. I sometimes drink it all then refill the water to release the energy powder when I need it. Good quality water.

Easier to purchase here than try to find in the store. These are great as a substitute for coffee in the morning. Recommended. All flavors!

This will still give you a kick without all the harsh chemicals that come in most energy drinks. The flavor is good but not very strong but is good (I tried the blueberry watermelon). You can actually just drink the water without adding the flavor from the cap but I'm not sure if the caffeine is in the water or the flavor part.

These things made me so sick after I drink two of them they're terrible I hope no one buys them if they do I hope no one gets sick from them I try to contact Amazon about that the return it and they told me it was not their problem terrible customer service right there never buy these products again
