GhostBed Luxe 13 Inch Memory Foam Mattress - Cooling Technology & Comforting Pressure Relief, King

Back when my wife was ill, we needed an adjustable bed that emulated a hospital bed. At 10% of the cost of a Stryker hospital bed, the Ghost bed satisfied that need. Since then, I have discovered that I love the Zero G feature. It helps me to get to sleep faster.

Ghost Beds sent us new motor and a free pillow for the inconvenience. Back to working!!Once we got contact they sent items fast!! Thank You!! Loved the bed and frame at first-then less than a year old and The foot massager stops working correctly! The massaging really seems to help me get relaxed so I fall sleep faster-Not now! Been trying since Dec.6 to get something resolved with GhostBeds -they wanted info on bed and pictures. Sent them the registration information (that they should have already had) and pictures. Still waiting on them to tell me what they are going to do. We had already ordered another bed for our son as a Christmas present before ours stopped working. Get his out of the box and the head massager strap is broken and contacted Amazon-the only thing they can do is start a refund for a return!! Contacted Ghost Beds and they haven't contacted us with a fix yet either. Will update IF and when we get anything resolved-but as now we do NOT recommend anyone buy a ghostbed -cheaper to just get a regular bed cause that is all this turned out to be.

We bought this bed and after 4 months of use one of the beds (split king) quit working when you want to go to the "reading" position. This was the favorite preset position as it raised you head and feet. Now when you press the "reading" position on the remote the bed just goes to the "flat" position. We switched remotes and also unplugged the bed and it did not solve the problem. Our concern is that the bed will just quit working altogether and then we will have a very expensive bedframe that remains stationary. We contacted the manufactuer and will update when we get a response. Hopefully they stand behind their product, but we will see.

This is way too hard for me in general, they need to advertise "medium firm" type of bed more, I thought it would be way softer, it being a foam bed withj so many layerswhile I cant blame it for my lack of perception, I can say that its farily ahrder than I expected, but in its defense, it does keep you fairly cool

It's been 8 months with the Ghost bed and it's been nothing but a pain in our back. Honestly! I've written 2 reviews in the 5 plus years that I've used the Amazon app and both were to express how pleased we we are with the products, but this time I'm sharing a review to let you all know this bed is horrible. My wife and I are in great shape, we work out every day, yoga, walk our dogs and more and we've never woken up so soar. We bought a 2" memery foam topper and still can't help with this POS mattress. They named it ghostbed cause it's out here killing everyones Fing back!

We purchased the GhostBed Custom Adjustable Power Base and GhostBed Luxe 13" Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Split King) in June of 2021. We enjoyed everything about it from ease of set up to comfort to usefulness. Recently we noticed one side of the two twins wasn't operating properly. We requested assistance from GhostBed. They sent us two new twin frames because the ones we have had been replaced and they didn't want us to have a mismatched pair even though one of our existing twins was operating perfectly. They even charged us only for shipping of the one frame instead of for both. Very customer friendly. We'll definitely buy again next time we need a new bed.

I will update as the situation goes on. Ordered the split king and they came as expected as far as the shipping times.The mattresses were fine, will update once we sleep on it.The adjustable bases are shipped in flimsy cardboard. At 100 lbs a piece I expected more. Several puncture holes in cardboard which resulted in tears in the adj frame material, and one corner bent over. I have reached out to the company and will see what they have to say.We have only opened one of them so far and they work fine but their appearance is to be desired for the money paid for these items.UPDATE - be awareOnly orders placed directly from GhostBed include our 101-Night Sleep Trial. This mattress is amazing. We let it "expand" for around 30 hours and put it on the bed, after that it's been deep sleep and good dreams! My husband is a "sweater" and while he still gets a little warm in this bed he doesn't sweat so that is huge! I, on the other hand, am always cold but this bed doesn't make that ay worse...I feel I sleep at the same temperature as before. One thing they don't outwardly advertise is the lack of transfer of movement, when one person is thrashing in the bed at night the other won' hardly feel it! Truly has made a huge difference in me sleeping through my husband alligator rolling in the night!As for the reviews that say it's too soft or too hard, my husband and I felt it was perfect.
