Good price

I started with one pill, but my nutritionist advised me to increase it to two per night. It has been a really good way to have a better quality sleep. I would like to try a lower dose as I think I am between one and two pills. Two made me sleep around 10 hours, and one is not enough, but in general, I would really recommend it !

My muscles were all sore , my fingers and toes were sore after taking these for 2 weeks. My daughter had the same problem, when I went back to my normal magnesium I was fine within a day.
