I recently purchased a punch needle kit and was thoroughly disappointed. The fabric included in the kit is of extremely poor quality. Instead of creating neat, consistent stitches, the fabric stretches and tears, resulting in unsightly, oversized holes. This results in the stitches not staying and the yarn just falling back out.To make matters worse, the kit comes with absolutely no instructions. Without any guidance on how to properly use the materials or troubleshoot issues, it's nearly impossible to complete the project successfully. The only helpful information is the color coded photos that show which yarns should be used. I would not recommend this kit to anyone. Save your money and invest in a kit with higher-quality fabric and comprehensive instructions.

First thing I noticed is I received an order that looks to have been returned by someone else, so it’s not new. Design was already in ring and looks like someone attempted to make it, gave up and returned. Haven’t even tried to make yet but am not getting my hopes up with it going well. No instructions

I’ve done punch needle before, I thought these were cute so I wanted to give them a try. The cloth is such poor quality that it’s hard to keep the yarn in the hole once you’ve punched it. Then if you get even a little too close to a hole already punched it just punches wider and the thread just comes out. I know with other kits I’ve used you should be able to punch a hole next to one already punched without this happening. Really disappointing. I could have spent $6 at Michael’s for a kit of similar quality.

The coasters are too large and thick for using in our vehicle beverageHolders. The needle seems to be too large for small projects.

This kit came with no instructions. The scissors included also does not cut the yarn.

Don’t waste your money. Terrible cloth that you can’t punch. No starting directions. Overall just really poor quality

All this thing did was poke holes in fabric, and then even bigger holes when I tried to pull the yarn through. I couldn't even get through one before I threw it across the room and later threw it in the trash. Yes, I know how to needle punch. This is not the kit for you.

I'm new to needle punch, so I got this kit because the designs are so cute. When I opened it, I was surprised to not see really any instructions. There is a picture which shows which color goes where (like a paint by number) and a meager section of helpful tips, which actually made me more confused. I ended up looking up how to thread the needle online and instructions for where/how to actually needle punch. Pretty straightforward when you read how to do it, but looking at the canvas, I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or if the point of the needle is just really long. Probably not the best kid for true beginners, but maybe a second or third project.
