I have a corgi who doesn’t have regular anal gland issues—no scooting or discomfort—but every now and then, especially when she’s startled at the vet, super relaxed during belly rubs, or after eating salmon (for some reason!), her anal sac fluid leaks a little. The media could not be loaded. Our oldest English Bulldog is not capable of self expressing. So this product helped her get some relief until our vet our ourselves gave her an expression.Please don't think this product will empty your dogs anal glands. It is a great way to make the stop scooting and feeling uncomfortable if you cannot get them expressed in the next few days. But if their glands are full and they can't express themselves it's very important to take them to the vet for an expression. The glands can rupture which happened with a previous dog of ours. So if you use this product a a very small stop gap to make your dog more comfortable that's fine but don't think it means you can just ignore the issue. They will need to expressed by yourself(with proper training) or a vet or vet tech.That said this product has very much helped our dog relax and stop scooting while they wait for their expression.

Spraying mist is mild in velocity so my dog easily allows it to be sprayed directly. A must for long potty walks. Convenient sizing with pleasant no medicinal odor. If your dog has tendency towards anal gland excising or scooting, use this. Best after a bowel movement.

Works great on bad odors and stains on my dog’s rear end. I use the disposable plastic gloves, this spray, and doggy wet wipes also purchased from Amazon. If your dog is an indoor dog you need to try this.

Clean the area with warm water prior to using the spray. It seems to really help.

My doggo would not stop licking or whimpering after his grooming (and anal gland expression) so I got this spray to help out. After just a few sprays he was a lot calmer and not uncomfortable anymore. He’s been licking less as well as not scooting his toosh on the carpets! I sprayed at least 3 times after he went #2 for 2 days after his grooming and he was good to go! No more than that was needed!

Helps when nothing else will. Helped our dog recover from ruptured abcess anal glands. GlandX wipes seemed to hurt him. This stuff soothed him. Zero scent.
