This is an excellent product. The plastic interlocking system works extremely well. Tiles fit uniformly and maintain alignment. Any trim work can be easily cut using a standard mitre saw or other standard woodwork tools. The finish is a ubiform natural non-gloss teak look. I installed outdoors on a concrete deck under an aluminum gazebo. Water easily passes thru and drains from under the tiles thru the plastic interlocking without standing. The finish sheds water and appears unaffected by rain or common spills. I finished all edges with the edge transitions available separately. My 10' x 12' layout stays in place and is stable. This is an easy and affordable upgrade to amy deck. Installation required 3 hours for my 10' x 12' floor.

Such a nice product that's beautiful, sturdy and easy to install. If you need a simple solution to finish an exterior space, this is a perfect option. I did have an issue of weathering on some tiles but the customer service is absolutely top notch! Reached out and sent me replacements immediately. You'll definitely be happy with these in your space but I highly recommend either a covered patio or if not, throw a coat of exterior sealant on them and they should last you just like any other decking would.

Attractive and easy to put down. I did have a number of "tiles" that had been damaged in shipping but vendor replaced the damaged quantity I sent photos of almost immediately. I did get one case of 27 pieces that was factory assembled 90 degrees to the correct orientation and did not want to interrupt the pattern to use them, so I reduced my project size and returned that box. Got an immediate credit when they received the returned material, they paid return shipping. So, fantastic service (orders arrived early), Very good product for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I don’t normally write reviews, but this was a great quality product. Easy to put together and really changed the space.

Easy to assemble. Low maintenance. I’ve had it for almost a year and it still looks great after intermittent rain, weeks of wildfire smoke and months of direct sun exposure. I spend more time on my balcony now that I have it. To clean I run my house vacuum over it. As a bonus, my cat also enjoys laying out on it.

Very sturdy!

First good thing was receiving a notice my order was arriving 3 days earlier the originally estimated. Worked out great because my "helper" :), had the next day off. We cleaned the ugly concrete floor to be covered and got to work! We were finished in under 2 hours. So easy to put down, it can definitely be done by just one person if necessary. So easy to install. We haven't done any cutting of pieces at this point, so I can't tell you how will go if you do. It looks amazing! In the photos you can see how bad the original floor looked. I will be following the recommendation of oiling or waxing once or twice a year for the upkeep. We live in Las Vegas, and though our patio is covered and we have sun screen and outdoor curtains, the heat can get very extreme. We already had a really good rain and some of the floor on the outside edge of the patio got very wet, it does not show any spotting or other negative affects. I am very happy with this flooring and we are enjoying the patio once again, weather permitting!

These tiles are SO PERFECT! We bought them for our patio to see how we’d like them and they are so cute! Click together pretty easily - we can’t wait to get more for the rest of our patio to cover up the not so nice looking concrete!!!
