Ear pads are soft and comfortable, just be careful to not go too deep with to avoid damaging your inner ear. The imagery is excellent and the app allows you to capture pictures or videos, along with a live view. I’m very pleased with this product, it works very well. I imagine I’ll be able to use the camera to in other hard to access areas around the house. Highest recommendations.
