Excellent game for solving puzzles and just plain fun!

My son bought this with money he made working on a lemonade stand. He played it non-stop for a month and has now beat the game! He favors this game over any other. Highly recommend! Great value for the money considering other Nintendo games are $60!

Such a Fun Game!! Kids or Adults

I LOVE THIS GAME!! I had this on the WiiU and had to get it when I got my nintendo switch. I know it's a game about cops, but it's honestly such a good cozy/open world game as well. Very similar to GTA with driving, side quests, open world, etc. I love the graphics and it's honestly a pretty funny game, even for adults. If you like the other lego video games, you'll definitely like this one. This was originally a single player game, so if you do the multiplayer, it will just make two of you and split the screen, but you are still in the same world and everything. Definitely a super fun single player game, though.

My kids' new favorite game

This was - far and away - the favorite gift of the holiday season. My boys are ages 5 and 8 (...and 42) and are huge fans of LEGO. However, almost all of their Switch games were Mario themed, so I wasn't sure if this would be a hit or not. Based on other reviews, I went for it, and I'm so glad I did. My 8yo got the hang of the game immediately, and my 5yo was able to pick it up fairly quickly with some help from his brother and dad. They love being able to work together as a team and also explore independently. This has consistently been their game of choice since they opened it. In the evenings, I can count on them begging "can we PLEASE play Lego City?!" ... and sometimes that request comes from my 42yo husband! :)
