My sons on oxygen and I have used 3 different types of remover wipes from amazon and these are definitely the best ones.

Works well, doctor recommended, expensive
If you want to take plasters off newborn without tears, buy this. Doctor used this and recommended for changing ear splint dressing. Very effective, plasters peel off. Price is insanely high at £1/wipe though. I wonder if another brand is just as good but was too scared to deviate from doctors recommendation

It disolves up very well the glue from your skin to clean it up. Quite expensive for what it does and I did't found a smaller package.

The wipes are completely dry, faulty product
These wipes are supposed to be wet, but they arrived completely dry. The seller clearly doesn't store them correctly. Faulty product, stay clear.
