It is a great lock and overall the installation was made easy by Santosh. I will tell you good points about it, the lock is very reliable and it has total 5 locks including a dead lock example you don't want people with access to enter also. The finish is matt and stylish and the video quality is quite clear. Good investment safe. Maybe they can add a mic in the next version but for this price? It's a steal.

Product is good and value for money. They took time for installation but the installation work is neat and professional.

It’s been 6 months and the product is really awesome. The battery backup is outstanding as I only recharged it once for 2 hours in the last 6 months. The access and finger print response is quite quick and impressive. Installation is quick from the service person and very professional. The safely is good and the lock security is which you can trust on.

The lock is elegant and comes with host of features and options. I liked the packaging and instructions for installation was straightforward.The lock is good and strong. The issue I faced was that although the product said free installation, unfortunately they did not have any installation personal in my city, hence I had to arrange for the installation myself.The other issue I faced was that the lockKept of giving anti Pry alarm, I was not able to find how to deactivate the anti pry alarm on the instructions or on their website. I had to call lavna video support which promptly provided a solution.

The product is an exceptional product and have made life easier for me. The looks of the product is amazing. And it’s very good quality. It fits my door perfectly. The functionality is seamless.

Wanted to wait a few days and use the product well, before I wrote a review. Got the lock 2 months ago and the installation was very well done. I had to return many other brand locks because they were not compatible with the door thickness but this Lavna lock works with doors which are 35mm thick which was my door thickness.Installation was very good - the person had specialised tools and came to the installation site on time at the specified date. Installation took about 45 to 60 minutes and the person was very professional and skilled.As far as the lock goes, it's been excellent so far. Our door is on the ground floor and stairs are inside the house. So, we had to go down every time to open the door. But with this, we have assigned fingerprints or numeric passcodes for usual visitors and they use it easily, saving us the effort of climbing up and down the stairs multiples times daily.The Lavna app is also good but it takes some time to understand how it works and how each type of authentication method can be setup. Bluetooth based unlock and lock works within a 10ft distance. The OTP based authentication also works well. Best part is we can set time periods within which unlocking will work. For example, i can set the lock to open the site using fingerprints for the house maid between 8am to 10am only. If she tries to enter after that time, it will not allow her!Overall, quite happy with the purchase. Good product with good support. Highly recommended.Edit - after 3m of usage: Removing one star as the lever that is used to open the lock now feels a little rough to push open, and also the latch on the side of the door won't go inside fully when the lever is pressed fully. This seems to be because of a faulty spring that's not allowing free swing of the arms and restricting how much the latch pulls into the frame of the door. Although the issue was reported to the customer care center and they sent a person to fix it, the same issue seems to be cropping up again and if it gets worse, I'll have to call the person again. He xe removing one star .Update after nearly 10months of usage - the rough lever mentioned above was not a good sign, so I contacted the customer care. They promptly arranged for the replacement of the inner locking mechanism (the part that sits inside the door) after asking some standard questions and verifying that the issue is genuine. The replacement arrived on time and the installation was slightly delayed. Once the new part was installed, I havent faced any issues with the lock or the lever action - no roughness or scratchy sounds while pushing the lever down to open the door. The replacement was done a few months ago, so I'm happy to report that the problem has not occurred again. Overall, very satisfied with the lock, and specially the excellent customer support.
