Works well!
Saw a review from a lady saying it worked for her but to keep realistic expectations, and her review made me try it and LADIES! It works so well! You’ll prolly still feel sore after wards but no one near as badly :) I’ve never lasted so long, usually I have to tap out after a few minutes but this helped me a lot :) my boyfriend also recommends it lol

Nice numbing for temporary vaginal pain
Sex should never be painful. For those of us struggling with uncomfortable/painful intercourse this works well. In my experience, I still had to deal with the discomfort afterwards. Until I can get my underlying issue fixed this has helped me.

So far so good! Good to have on hand...Wasn't sure about these products at first--but it's been great! Even as a precaution etc. Female health is rarely addressed, as we all know... Paying attention to the products that may help you--is really to your benefit. Peace...:)

Helps with painful sex, but keep expectations realistic
I have struggled with vaginismus (painful sex) my whole adult life. It's a complex issue and there's no cure-all, and this product is certainly not a cure-all. However, it does numb the pain long enough for me to have intercourse with minimal discomfort, when I use it in complement with other best practices (going slow, lots of lube, a patient partner, open communication).A few recommendations based on how I've used it:1. Before you use it, figure out the specific spot where you typically experience pain. Don't just rub it around everywhere.2. The numbing effects don't last very long (maybe 10 minutes), so use it right before penetration. Yes, it interrupts the action, but if you apply too early, it will wear off by the time you're ready.3. Using only 1-2 pumps, apply it with your finger to the spot where you experience pain (for me it's just inside the vestibule). Rub it in a little bit. Warning: it will probably burn for maybe 15 seconds (that's what lidocaine does). Wipe off your finger with a tissue to avoid additional numbing on yourself or your partner.4. I typically wait for a moment, then apply lube to my partner and myself. Then we start intercourse. My partner has not experienced diminished sensation, for whatever that's worth. I do feel mild pain and soreness after we finish. The numbing is only temporary and does not solve the root issues - again, the role of this product is to treat the symptoms long enough for me to complete the act with minimal discomfort. This is my personal experience, so do what is right for your specific situation. But it's helped me and I wanted to share my experience with others!
