Best Webcam Ever
Best webcam ever! It's probably overkill for what I use it for, but I don't care. I like having the best. All features are top notch. Sturdy, color and resolution look amazing and it's easier to get the lighting right. I'm not finding myself having to fumble around with the lighting as much. The camera does a good job of correcting any issues with that. The microphone quality is amazing as well. I only tested it out of curiosity. My $50 Fifine mic sounds a little better, but if it ever dies, I'll have no problem switching to the webcam mic. Seriously, there is very little difference in quality between the two. If I didn't already have a mic, I probably wouldn't buy one, given how good the Logitech Brio MX is.

Great camera...but
It's a great camera. Picture quality is excellent. Auto-focus seems quick and sharp. It's very solidly built -- heavier than you'd expect it to be (a good thing). I love it.What's bothersome to me (no fault of Logitech) is that the default setting is wide-angle view which shows more of my room background than I'm comfortable with and makes it look like I'm 6 feet away from the camera. There is a software solution for this provided by Logitech, but I work for a large corporation and they will not allow me to install camera software on my work computer -- so I'm stuck with the wide angle. Not a problem, per se, but something to keep in mind if you're in a similar situation as me.

Well Worth the Money
Great camera. After trying to use a cheap one that didn't work well in low light and distorted my picture, I spent a little more and this one's great. It's well worth the money. The picture and sound are clear.

Great Camera Annoying Software
So I work from home and stream on Twitch so my camera get's a looooot of usage. My previous webcam was being dodgy and my older Brio had a short due to a power issue so I decided to upgrade to this and quality wise I'm not disappointed. I love the built, in privacy shutter, it's not awful in low light if that's an issue you have, and it's very customizable which I enjoy. The only thing is I wish the software didn't require 2 different programs to fully use the camera.I noticed an orange light on my webcam and after googling realized that some mystery program was accessing my webcam. I went in the Logi Options+ software trying to find a way to disable the microphone as I have a desk mic already and didn't need it but couldn't find any such setting. It was only after a few more googles searches I realized I needed to download a whole new program called Logi Tune just to disable the microphone and it made no sense to me why I needed both. If you want just one I'd suggest using Logi Tune as it has the same image adjustment options (minus crop) that Logi Options+ has so you don't have to worry about 2 programs.Overall I enjoy the webcam, I show up nicely, there's no major issues, and if you have the issue of your stream lagging with certain cameras this one surprisingly hasn't been to heavy on my pc. A definite recommend if you want something nice without breaking the bank too badly.

Excellent Quality Camera But Have 3M Strips Handy For Curved Screens
Very nice quality camera and very sturdy! Haven't heard any complaints from people listening to me about the quality of the microphone like some reviewers have noted. Since it has to sit up on top of my monitor, the shutters being part of the camera makes it a lot easier to cover it than trying to find a way to make a flip-down cover stay open. The picture quality is amazing, not just in low-light but with color correction since the lightbulbs in my office tend to make me look a bit yellow. I also like the ability to tilt it so people can see what's on my desk if necessary. While the camera is pricier than my old web cam, it's well-worth the money. My only complaint is the adhesive sticking it to the monitor seems to be a bit weak. After about a week, it started popping off when manipulating it. This was an easy fix with a 3M command strip. The only reason I'm not taking off any stars is because this could be the result of my monitor being curved rather than flat which is no fault of Logitech's.

Terrible
I’m floored—not by how good this webcam is, but by how anyone in their right mind could give this dumpster fire of a product a positive review. It’s hands-down the most maddening piece of tech I’ve ever wasted money on. Let’s start with the fact that you’re forced to download a slew of apps just to access basic features. It feels less like functionality and more like a scheme to flood my inbox with marketing junk. And the magnet on the base? Laughably weak. This thing fell off in the middle of more than one meeting. Oh, and the base itself? Cheap plastic and sticky adhesive that started peeling almost immediately and doesn’t do it’s basic function of, you know, sticking to things. So, if the magnet doesn’t fail on you, don’t worry—the adhesive will.Despite three grueling hours with customer support, I still couldn’t access all the features advertised. All I wanted was to mirror my image—a basic function that remains elusive through any of the required apps. Thank goodness Zoom and Teams have that feature built-in, or I’d still be staring at my backwards self. For $200, I expected high-end performance. Instead, I got a glorified stress test: apps that don’t work, a magnet that can’t hold, a useless base with some goop masquerading as adhesive, and the ultimate frustration of hours wasted with no fix in sight. Honestly, I could’ve flushed that money down the toilet and saved myself the embarrassment of my overpriced webcam nosediving mid-meeting. I’ve now switched back to my $25 webcam, which stays put and works effortlessly. Save yourself the headache and avoid this disaster of a poo poo product. Returning this overpriced piece of garbage ASAP.
