I saw these at a friend's house and had to get them. I told them imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. They are unique and beautiful. They feel substantial in your hands, but not heavy. And the accompanying spoon is as unique as the cups and saucer.

I love the unique waved design !!I purchased the set for my friend’s gift!and I purchased again for me!! It’s a great giftable items in a special day.I worried it can be easy to broken, but the thickness of the mug handle and plates are durable!I put some berries or cookies on the plate and serve the coffee or tea on the mug! The silver color spoons are also very pretty!I enjoy my happy moments with the villeroy Boch caffe mug set !

These mugs fit so well in my little hands! All of my guests comment on the unique design. They do very well in the dishwasher. I try to be gentle with them because I really love them, but I haven't had any crack or chip on me yet. The plate works well with the mug. I don't use the spoon as often as I thought I would but it is a neat piece. I have a bunch of sentimental mugs from work and places I've traveled, but I find myself putting those at the back of the cupboard. Coffee and tea seem fancier in these mugs. Plus a little something sweet on the pretty plate isn't going to kill anyone. Do be careful, I have a rust stain on the bottom of one plate, most likely from resting upon cheap flatware in the sink. I would recommend these to a friend and I will replace them with the same should anything happen to them.
