Quality piece of equipment
I had my doubts with it being so budget but this heater has lasted me nearly two years now with no issues, heats my 19L tank to around 23c very consistently and I've had no issues with over or under heating.

This doesn’t even heat a 2L bowl of water for changing the tank. I returned waste of time and money

Decent quality for the price but is definitely more a starter piece that needs to be upgraded as it doesn’t last long and you cannot control the temperature.

Does the trick
I ran a test with this in a small jug of water and it did seem to work - it isn't fast, but it'll do the trick for a very small quarantine tank, or for long journeys.

Lovely little heater arrived on time just the right size

Didn’t make any difference to water temperature
I bought this to heat a micro aquarium for cherry shrimp however even with the smallest of tanks and with steady water movement it failed to make any difference to the water temperature. I could have had a faulty unit but I would personally avoid unless you are using a teacup sized tank. Cheap but not very useful.
