These have worked so well in my hair growth and it getting thicker. I was losing hair by the handfuls. I saw these and that they also help with skin looking youthful. Small white tablet is easy to swallow, no taste and I never notice any tummy problems. What I have noticed is my hair is thicker, does not fall out as much as it was. My hair seems to grow faster and feels softer. A bonus is my skin looks amazing and I am not seeing fine lines and wrinkles at 53 like some of my friends.

66 year old female, with normal to dry, eczema prone skin. I just finished my first bottle (2 months), and have ordered a second (photo #7). Photos #1-2 show that my nails are now nice enough to be able to wear my natural nail or just polish or a wrap. No tips needed. Prior to this product, they grew, but were constantly breaking or peeling at the tips. Photo #3 was taken after washing my face, but before applying any products. I have not had a single eczema breakout, and zero skin irritation. Some mention getting an upset stomach. I always take with my evening meal and have had no issues. Photo #4 also shows my body skin also looking healthy. Photos #5-6 are to show that my hair is thicker. I also noticed that the two front pieces that I used to have to secure with a hair clip no longer require them. It must have grown out. My caveat is that this product is an excellent booster for me. I already had a good regimen to address all of the above, but this seems to be the missing link to make a complete system. I am saying this to say that I did experience all of these positives, but not solely use of from this product. For me, it is an excellent addition. If on the fence, I think that the price is reasonable enough to give it a try. The bottle contains 60 doses, which I think is long enough to measure a degree of results.

Alrighty so I have went through one whole bottle in hands down three weeks and I started seeing a lot more hair growth. Now I have so many little hairs that I had to purposely trim long bangs so that they would blend better.Here is what I have noticed my hair is visibly thicker. My nails are growing extremely fast and healthier less riddle, but not super thick. They’re easy to swallow. They don’t upset my stomach. There is no taste to what I can tell. And because of the amount of biotin in the product I did have to start a cranberry pill that’s 100% cranberries because a large amount of biotin in your system can cause urinary track infection.For me, I like the positives of this pill so adding a cranberries substitute to my daily pills that I take is no big deal.My next-door neighbor is the one that referred this to me and I love it. I also do onion oil treatment twice a week because I have textured hair less oil treatments are extremely good or when you’re growing your hair out because it stops breakage.One last thing I will have everyone is that you should figure out your hair type so that you know what you need to get your hair to grow better. I posted that the top of my hair looks thicker than the bottom part of my hair and that’s when you first started growing. The second picture shows all the recent hair grow because my hairline was receiving.

I bought this supplement to aid my hair growth as I have androgenic alopecia, and now in perimenopause I have noticed my eyelashes were thinning and getting shorter. The tablets helped my eyelashes grow, but I don't think it helped at all with my hair on my head - which makes sense as it is driven by a hormonal/genetic cause. The tablets were a good size, not too big, had no taste and did not upset my stomach.

This made my hair and nails grow! I was super satisfied.

I have been using this product for 6 months now, I really wanted to test it out fully before writing this review. Here are my thoughts.It's not a miracle product, it doesn't make my hair grow any faster than it did before. But I have noticed a difference in density and more shine. I'm in my early 40s, with hypothyroidism, my hair is thinning and becoming more brittle as I age. Since starting this product, I have seen a 30% increase in my hair's density. It is shiny, and I don't shed as much hair as I used to. I haven't noticed a huge difference in my skin, but my nails have grown passed my fingertips for the first time in my whole life.As I stated, this product won't work miracles, but I will be taking it until the end of my days. Try it, but have realistic expectations.Edit as of 7/27/25I recently started taking pumpkin seed oil with this supplement on the advice of a friend regrowing her hair after chemo. In one month I've seen so many new baby hairs along my edges it's insane!! If you're not seeing results with this hair supplement alone, try adding pumpkin seed oil to the mix. My hair hasn't been this thick since my early 20s

This has stopped the hair loss and started regrowth and has thicken my hair as well. I don't do well with taste and texture so gummie are out for me and the price if this is much more affordable!

This is my second time purchasing these hair pills. These pills really seem to stop my hair from shedding. I usually get nauseous with any kind of vitamins unless I take the pill with food but I can take these on an empty stomach without any problems. Be patient, it does take time. This brand is affordable, each bottle is a 2 month supply. I will continue to purchase.
