Edit: Four Days LaterSo, the seller contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. Since it was so difficult the first go round, I was willing to believe that something went wrong on either their end or mine and thought I’d give them another chance. They shipped another set within a day.Now, I don’t know if there was something wrong with that first set or I just needed the practice because the protector went on with only one readjustment and an expected number of bubbles. Still needed some serious pressure to get rid of them though.So, upping the rating to 4 stars with a thanks to iMaxas for the proactive customer service.Edit: Two Days LaterThe bubbles (sooo many bubbles) are back. Adjusting down to one star. This product is a waste of money.———I am on my 5th iPad, so I kind of know what I’m doing. My last iPad Pro’s screen cover cost a bit more than this, just a few dollars, and went on perfectly the first try with no problems. It was the same size (ish), had pretty much the same instructions and took under 15 minutes.This product took over an hour to install. I followed the instructions to the letter; watched the YouTube video but still I had to throw away the first protector film because I had to refit it so many times because of bubbles (sooo many bubbles) that it lost its ability to adhere.The second of the two pack took four tries and a ton of elbow grease to get rid of the bubbles (sooo many bubbles). I was actually worried that the pressure required to be rid of the bubbles (sooo many bubbles) would damage my quite expensive iPad Pro. I’m over six-feet tall, just under 200lbs and I was struggling to get rid of the bubbles (sooo many bubbles); my poor wife had no chance.I don’t know if I received a defective set given of all the positive reviews or if this is just an absolutely bad product. I would have asked for a refund, except I simply destroyed the first one, so I’m glad it was a two pack…except not since I needed two just to get one. If that makes sense. in any case, never purchasing this brand again.
