A very good supplement. The capsules are easy to take and don't have a strange taste. Since I started using it, I've been sleeping more soundly and feel more energized when I wake up. I love it, and the 120-capsule package also goes a long way.

I haven't had this product long enough to give it a proper review, but so far I think it might be working ?So i've been having a hard time falling asleep, but when I do, I have stayed asleep, which had been a problem for me before. I do think it relaxes my muscles and I do have a good deep sleep, but I have to be consistent with it on the weekends and longer to give it a fair review. I'll come back in a few weeks & update!

I really liked the brand and they worked great during the night and makes me feel relaxed and combined with melatonin it works better. It’s pricey but buying them during amazon sales is a good deal

This Magnesium Glycinate has made a big difference for my son. He works out regularly, and this supplement helps him relax, sleep better, and recover faster. My favorite brand of magnesium. This is the only brand I have tried that works for me. The pills are large so if you have issues there, I would avoid these ones.
