Just received light. Was very easy to install as I had a cable and a hole in the ceiling from my old light. Seems very lightweight but give of a super light almost as good a having a great big window in our dark kitchen. Controller is what I'd expect and has a dimmable feature which is great. As this is LED and cost very little to run I'm not concerned if it on all the time. As long as it last for a few years I will be delighted. Doesn't look out of place in our modern country shaker style kitchen. All in all very pleased.

I read that it took more than one person to install, that worried me a little as i am 73 and live alone, also my family are not close. I need not have worried, there is virtually no weight to this. I had no problem fastening the frame to the ceiling, reconnecting the three wires, putting the shade in place and closing the four catches to hold it. The brilliance is so very much brighter than expected,, my florescent round tube was very dull in comparrison, and cost more to run. To say that i am delighted with it is by far an understatement. . I did not require the remote version, which is why it is not rated.

Great amount of light. Good value for money. Easy montage, however lack of manual how to configure remote. Included batteries died after first week so buy new ones strigt away. Despite little cons i would recommend it to someone who need good light source.

It's disappointingly rubbish.Chiefly the screen is too thick, very little light is emitted, and only in 3 places.The LEDs do work, just an incredibly poor build quality.The remote works at a maximum range of 6 inches, from one precise position (6 inches from the sensor).This product has to be the worst product I have purchased from Amazon.DON'T BUY IT.

Living alone and in my eighty-fifth year, I installed two Saiun 48W LED ceiling lights in my kitchen single-handed. The luminaires are light in weight but too cumbersome to hold in place against the ceiling for accurate marking thro' the mounting holes for drilling. Accordingly, I made a cardboard drilling template from the luminaire and used this to mark through for drilling. I suggest that the manufacturer should be encouraged to include a drilling template in the package. It would cost little and make the lone installer's task much easier.I like the facility of adjustment of the spectral output and am delighted with the improvement.

Very light weight and easy to fit. Installed two in our 20' x 12' kitchen to replace two double tube fluorescent fittings and am very pleased with the result. One remote works both fittings or, if you position yourself right, will work individual fittings. Brightness range is excellent and covers all requirements. Only regret is that there is no memory function i.e. you need to reset the desired levels each time you switch on.

Had it 2 years then it died I thought led were suppose to last a long time.ha ha

A very nice light. Although instructions in English are quite limited, it is very easy and simple to operate. I mostly use it on only one setting and then use the remote to adjust the brightness as necessary. I didnt find any issues with the ligh, it is easy to install and looks modern. Had it for about 4.5 mo ths so far.
