I took this in replace of the fish omega 3. I really like it because it does not have after taste if you burp. It is also considered a better option after some research online. This brand is a good brand with clean product. Good buy.

Being a vegetarian, I made the switch, and it's been just what I needed. I truly like that there is no fishy aftertaste because it is plant-based and made from algae rather than fish. I've had no issues taking it every day, and it's also easy on the stomach. I feel good knowing that I'm still receiving the benefits of omega-3s without sacrificing my diet.

The size of the pill is super easy to swallow, I was having trouble with the big fish oil ones but this are perfect, it doesn't taste or smell bad either

I've been taking these for at least a decade now, through many different label designs and price increases, and I still think they're worth it. Remember that it's not just about cost, but value. They're small, tasteless, don't give you fishy burps, and of course, are vegan. I've never once worried about my omega fatty acids thanks to these.

Very happy with this product. Does not leave a fishy taste in your mouth, also doesn’t make me burp with a fishy smell. Very happy with this purchase, will definitely buy again.

A great plant based supplement

This has the optimal omega 3 fatty acids grown from algae in a lab. That is its advantage. I prefer Artic Ruby Oil which is a natural source from a Norwegian crab from the Artic Ocean with other components that have improved my vision and protected me from sunburn. They have taken this from the 1930s and are very healthy long lived people. Neither medicine causes stomach or intestinal upset. There is no fish taste because neither comes from fish oil. There is more research on the algae omega 3. But I see much better with Artic Ruby Oil.
