Works awesome - tested in Germany, Iceland, and the Netherlands
Recent trip proved, that this device works flawlessly and as advertised. Standard USB and USB-C port, along with the three standard U.S. outlet plug-in spots, made this item a very useful travel accessory, powering everything we needed to... from cell phones, to tablets and medical sleep equipment. We did not attempt to use a blow dryer or vacuum cleaner, so good luck there, though it would probably do just fine - though I am not sure, why you'd stay anywhere, that doesn't have a blow-dryer provided or do vacuum cleaning on vacation, but hey, live your dreams. - Seems to fit all European wall plugs and comes with a nice assortment of plug adapters, as well. Fairly long plug-in cord, makes sure you have the needed reach, to get to a wall plug near you.

Would definitely buy again!!!
This was an awesome CONVERTER to have on vacation. A must have if you NEED a converter. It was reasonably priced and served us well in Italy, Spain, Andorra, Portugal and France. Highly functional. Not too heavy or bulky, lots of power with NO noise.

Good Product
Purchased for trip to Europe for wife's hair "equipment" as they require 110V power. Unit has several conventional outlets as well as USB ports. My hearing aid charger did not work properly but everything else did (hair stuff, phone chargers, laptop). Price is very reasonable.

Works great
This was a great boon for us while traveling to a country with 220V power for everything. One caveat, don't plug in things that were built for 220V and expect them to work right. We had a portable A\C that I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work until a day before we were leaving and I realized I had been using this instead of plugging into the wall directly. So the poor A\C was trying to draw 220V and only getting 110V. Once we moved to the right outlet, it worked great and no issues with the outlets after my mistake.

Serious concerns about product usability -- From the manufacturer, no less!
I have purchased one of these adapters to take with me to the U.K. later this month. I based my decision to purchase this specific device on reviews and the available online product documentation. My plan is to use this device to plug in all my device power adapters (laptop, tablet, phone, travel CPAP machine) once I am in the hotel room.I just received the device and am now instantly concerned about taking it with me. First of all, right over the two 2KW US/Type-B sockets is a "Warnings" label that gives me pause/concern about plugging in my adapters. The label (photo below) says "Warnings. It's not suitable for devices with electronic chips, such as those with touch switches or light touch switches. If you have any issues with use, please contact [email protected]" This is somewhat of a silly message as just about everything these days has electronic chips in it. While I know that "wall wort" power adapters do not typically have switches of any kind (touch, soft-touch, or otherwise), this message is still concerning. This could be a "bad English translation problem" or this could be indicative of possible voltage/power incompatibility issues. On top of that, the small tri-fold paper document that comes with the devices has yet another worrisome wording to it. It says (and again photo is below): "2. The dual adapter sockets could not converter voltage. Do not insert 100-125V devices into the adapter socket." Why is it that a device that is described on Amazon as a "220V to 110V Voltage Converter, TESSAN Universal Travel Adapter" needs a caution that says the sockets "could not convert(er) voltage"? Again, is this a poor English translation, or can this thing not actually do what it says it does?I see the reviews and there are plenty of positive ones, but there are a handful of 1-star reviews as well. Most of the bad reviews are using hair dryers or straighteners. I would ONLY be using this device for my AC power adapter charger devices, the largest of which is 245W. These warnings RIGHT ON THE DEVICE and in the documentation concern me deeply. The last thing I want to do is blow up my devices (or the chargers used to recharge them) while I am in a foreign country.I have emailed the support group as specified and asked for clarification. Will see if I get that clarity. If they respond and address my concerns, I will update this review. Until then, people show know they are *possibly* in for trouble with this device. I have a feeling I will be sending this thing back before it destroys my gear.
