Boodles of noodles!
I love these noodles for several reasons: 1 -they're easy to prepare as you don't even need to cook them, just drain the water out the bag and add them into soup or similar. I don't have a sieve but they still drained well. 2 - they've got no carbs, which has really helped. It seems that high carb use has been affecting my sleep as they turn into glucose so can be as harmful as sugar. 3- They don't appear to have gluten either 4 - Zero sugar too! You get 170g noodles in each sachet. Just wish I'd bought more!

Tasty! Simmered shirataki with meat and potato etc...
The cooking process is similar to sukiyaki. I sometimes really crave this. That's delicious! Thank you.

An alternative to egg noodles for keto
I’ve only used these once so far and they are ok for occasional use.Perhaps not as satisfying as egg noodles and with no nutritional value to speak of, I’ll use them now and again. The odour on opening is very off fishy, as warned, but when rinsed as directed, they are perfectly neutral. Easy to use and incorporate into Chinese and Japanese soups.

Delicious! Gluten-free and Guilt-free
I love adding this to hotpot! It stays nicely al dente, pairing beautifully with the rich, flavourful broth

Avoid. Smell horrid....like rotting fish.
Having bought several other brands of these noddles, we thought we would try these. Big mistake. Opened the pack to rinse them and unlike other brands which smell a bit green and earthy, these stunk of rotting fish. My wife who was upstairs even came down to find out what the horrible smell was. Had to throw them all out as there is no way we were going to eat them, and Amazon wont accept returns on them.

Smells fishy
I've used other brands in the past. These go mushy fast and smell like prawn water.
