⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with the Product & ServiceI purchased this Prestige Induction Cooktop on June 13th, and within just two weeks June 30th it completely stopped working. It wouldn’t turn on and became useless.I tried contacting both Amazon and Prestige customer service at least 8–9 times, but both kept redirecting me to each other. Even after 10–12 calls, there was no proper resolution. Finally, one senior executive told me that my return/replacement window was closed — which is very disappointing since the product failed so quickly.This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading as a customer. I strongly suggest not buying electronic products from Amazon without being aware of these issues. It is always better to purchase from a physical store where you can easily claim warranty and get proper support.

The Ceramic cook top is a great value addition. This cooks much faster and other brand's 2200 W machine. I'm happy so far.

Good product quality

Very disappointing experience. I purchased this induction but it turned out to be defective. Some of the buttons are not working properly, which makes it difficult to operate. Also, the bottom side of the edge is not closed properly and looks unfinished, with parts visibly exposed.

The quality of buttons is not good it will get damaged after few days of usage. It is made of very low quality plastic 🫤

Easy to use, lots of functions, plastic top so easy to clean. Got it for good price during sale.
