Great Taste, Smooth Mix
Mixes easily in water with no clumps. The taste is pleasant and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. I've been using it for two weeks and already feel less sore after weight training.

Works well
I take it 30 minutes before HIIT /boxing. Works well and helps with post-workout recovery. But I did not like the flavour and it has a sweet taste to it. I have previously had bcaa unflavored protein, which I prefer. three stars is for the taste. otherwise works well.
