The description is accurate, it's high quality, no issues with the product. I haven't yet seen the benefit to my singing, but hopefully will come with more usage.

Lightweight and comfortable to keep in mouth for extended periods as you work up.For a three pack (bought for my family!) The price and quality is really good! Easy to clean and put back together and works great for my intended beginners purposes. I am sure I would still use this same style/brand going forward as well.Recommend!

It’s okay
Got these to help train my lungs for elevation. But, I don’t think it made the difference. You get what you ordered. You change the resistance with the screw getting tighter. But, overall it didn’t change my lung capacity
