Great for pet hair.

So easy to use and cuts cleaning time in half. Definitely recommend this product. It's not heavy and can lay down in order to clean easy under furniture. I love that it is self cleaning.

Big Scam and no service from both Amazon and QTECH

It stopped working by itself after few weeks.Now it is been one month I am not able to get in touch with the company that sold it.The seller Q TECh company has not any phone number anywhere !!!!!It is a big scam and Amazon is not even supportive. 2,200AED lost. Do not the same mistake to purchase it.

Only 15 day warranty? That’s says a lot out this product.

I bought this item and after using it for the first time it stoped working. I tried to return or replace it but seems like Amazon cleverly limited the return policy to 15 days only. We have a H12 that works fine but this is useless product and even the seller is not ready to give us warranty on it.
