Great response from customer service
I bought a YM03 MP3 Player and couldn't get it to connect with either a desktop or laptop to transfer music files. I contacted Yoton by email and got a very prompt and courteous response. The representative asked me to check a few things and we finally decided that the device did not have a functioning USB port. Yoton shipped me a replacement (that worked perfectly) without requiring me to return the defective MP3. This is a nice player with several functions that I don't use but are available should I need/want access to them. Plenty of memory and easy to use. I use mine with a Bluetooth connection to a small speaker in my shop. Sound quality is very good. I recommend this device if what you want is a small, portable player with great features, low price, and more than great customer service.

A good MP3 player but not perfect
This is a very good MP3 player similar to other clip-style players, but it rises slightly above them because of memory size and it is easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars except for a couple of glitches. I have only used it to play MP3 files and have not tried the other functions. The good:• Large memory 64 GB• Fast processor• Excellent sound quality• Excellent battery life• Logically designed buttons and menus, easy to navigate• Separate power button• Low priceThe bad:• Playlists don't work. They worked the first time I tried them, but haven't worked since.• The OK button is recessed, which makes it hard for my finger to find and press. It often takes several attempts. It should be elevated (like SanDisk players), not recessed.• Displays the file name instead of the song title.• No firmware update on the Yoton web site.

Great inexpensive music solution for non-internet needs
Great low-tech way to allow music access to my kids without needing to give them internet access or full use of a music streaming service. My daughter takes this on car trips and when she is out an about. Perfect for our needs. Works well and the battery lasts a long time. The earbuds aren't the best, but good enough or easily swappable to something else.

Only about 6.5 hours playback
I wasn't expecting much for the price but it does do the job. I'm am disappointed in that it doesn't even come close to the 20 hours of playback they advertise. I got about 6.5 hours out of it when connected to Bluetooth ear pods.I mostly use it while working out in the gym. I loved the old iPod Shuffle but they don't make it anymore, so I'm looking for a replacement. I tried the Mighty music player. Loved that you can sync music from Spotify but got super frustrated with the anemic battery charge. It only had about 3 hours of charge. The Pros of this MP3 player are:- It's super inexpensive!- Easy to set up and transfer music that you already own- A stable Bluetooth connection most of the time- Comes with a 64 GB mini SD card that holds tons of music- Very small and lightweight- Good clip and doesn't fall off my gym shortsThe Cons are:- Only 6.5 hours of playback when connected to Bluetooth. I need at least 10 hours to get me through a typical week- The volume automatically sets back to a barely perceivable level when you shut it off and turn it back on- The controls are very difficult to use while exercisingI haven't used any of the other functions (photos, radio, etc.). They are of no use to me in the gym.

Get a case for it.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Decent player. I used it for outdoor work, but the plastic on display is weak and cracked, leaving half the screen unreadable. Get a case for it.Bluetooth connectivity:Good connection to headphones and speakers.

Tiny Player With Big Features
The MP3 player is a great bargain. It works as it should and is relatively easy to use. The biggest criticism I have are the selection buttons on the face of the player. They a designed for a small child with excellent vision. My frustration level was beginning to rise as I was programming the unit, because I was constantly hitting two buttons, which effectively would bring me back to the previous program screen. Despite this I really do enjoy the light weight and tiny footprint the product offers. Perfect for Bluetooth sports helmets, which is why I purchased the player. Works great with my ski helmet and mountain biking helmet. It could use a lockout feature to prevent accidentally hitting a button while using during vigorous sporting activities. Overall a great find.
