This really helps keep the FluentPet boards from separating, and it keeps everything neat and organized. At first, it felt a little flimsy and I wasn’t sure it would last, but my dog has used it for several days now and it’s held up really well. It’s been working great so far!

This was a great upgrade to make the tiles more securely attached together. No longer have the concern that they will easily separate.

This border is keeping my cats from chewing the edges. Very helpful.

Smelly

This set comes with way too many inside V shapes and not enough of the edge. It also smells horrible, like a gasoline smell. We had to let it air out before we were comfortable letting our cats near it.It does the job though and makes the pieces look nice. Had stopped my cat from chewing the hex piece connectors that are exposed.

My dog was fine about stepping on the button, but he wanted to carry away and chew the foam mat that is supposed to organize the buttons. This product failed our experience.

As other reviews said, there are too many inner pieces. It is exactly 50/50 split between outer edges and inner corner edges, but it's nearly impossible for you to have a setup with that many inner corners. I used up half the pack for 2 tiles. HALF, for 2 tiles, and I had so many inner pieces leftover that I can't use for anything. This was too much money for that much waste. And of course because it's a custom design, there are no cheaper alternatives.The pieces are also not very stable. I don't know how they could have been better designed to interlock, but they only have 1 real connection point and the other end can just flap around. If you have a pet that paws at the mats even a little, you will have to watch for them accidentally ripping the edges out, because they are not very secure. My only real solace here is that I can cut up and makeshift them into a better product, one that can also hopefully connect the larger tile for larger buttons with our existing system, because that product, despite being from this same company, is not designed to fit existing systems that use regular sized tiles.A cheaper/better alternative in my opinion: if you think you are not expanding a particular tile any further out, just snip off the little connector nub and glue it into the adjacent interlocking space to create a flat edge. If you think you'll expand a side further, then use one of these edge pieces for that side, cause one pack of this will not last you very long if you use it for the entire thing.
