Good consistency
Time will tell. Individually wrapped gummies is quite wise for packaging. Other gummies tend to melt together in any sort of heat (hot car, direct sunlight). These hold consistency well and taste good. Unknown on actual effects but they don't seem to hurt anything

Taste good
I don't feel any different, i dont look any different. But fun to open and eat. Great treat for kids. Doubt I'll buy anymore with out more research.

Effective for lowering blood pressure
