These are super delicious and they actually work, I needed some vitamins because breastfeeding takes a lot out of you I came across these and decided to give it a try . Not only are they a delicious strawberry flavor but they also increased my milk supply, I went from barely able to keep up with my baby to having up to 20oz extra at the end of each day.On a plus side they don’t have any affect on my baby, usually with others the baby gets fussy or has bad diarrhea or an upset tummy , I haven’t noticed any changes with him if anything he seems to be sleeping better and not spitting up as much.So if you need something for a safe way to increase milk supply or need some extra vitamins I would definitely recommend this.

I gave these at least 2 solid weeks. Maybe they work for some, but not for me. Maybe I didn't give it enough time, but I feel like that in 2 weeks I should have seen something. I saw no difference in supply whatsoever. At least they were cheap to try and tasted like a fruit chew.

These work and taste great. I was struggling with my supply for 1 month… pumping every 2 hours and only getting 1-2 ounce per session. After taking these for 4 days I saw an improvement. I pumped 7 ounces in one session after 4 days. 2 months of using this Now I am able to pump less and yield more . I started taking 2 gummies per day and now I take 1 per day

I really liked these gummies, they taste good and worked well in helping with milk production, but they caused bad gas unfortunately so i had to stop taking them, I believe i am sensitive to something in the product, but who knows what doesn't work for me, could possibly not bother you and work well for you so give it a try.

I tried a few other lactation gummies and capsules, but they always made me very nauseous or didn’t taste good. These don’t give me any nausea if you have a sensitive stomach and they taste good. Since taking these, I haven’t gotten a clogged duct or one that wouldn’t go away within a day. I produce enough for triplets so quite a bit of milk that is a straight road to clogs and mastitis, but these have helped tremendously do avoid that. Definitely would recommend to anyone that overproduces or needs to produce a lot if you get clogs all the time.

Took for 2 weeks and no change to my supply. They taste great! And it’s nice they are vegan, gluten free, cruelty free, no dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, or artificial colors. They just didn’t work for me.
