The TENS unit works great. I have an iPhone and the app works well. I have used the TENS unit with the pads that come with the unit, and I have also purchased other brands of pads that work just as well with the unit. The TENS unit works well. It can detect if it is connected properly. The charge lasts a long time. The unit comes with a charging cable and it does not take too long to charge back up. There is a battery reader on the app to help you keep track of the battery life. This battery reader is accurate. The unit is easy to use. I keep it stored in the box it came with as the box is quite durable, and it makes it easy for transport if I'm taking it with during my travels.

Amazing product! Works great on tendonitis or serious muscle pain. The battery lasts a long time too. I am very impressed!

Great unit. Easy connect to my iPhone. Such an easy system to use and put away til next time. I threw away my old wired units. Excellent quality for the price.

Great device but does not work well on lower back (L5/S1). The way the power source attaches it's likely to get bumped off by belt. Works fine higher up on the spine. Battery life on the unit is great, easily takes me through an entire day.

I've struggled against sciatica on and off for years...more "on" than "off" it seems as I get older. I bought a much more expensive product (~$250) that does virtually the same thing as this product, and it helped address sciatica for me for a couple of years. When it died, I went searching for a replacement and found this. I like it even better than the expensive one because it uses an app on my phone rather than a separately charged remote control like the expensive one. One charge lasts at least a month with daily use. Best of all, it comes with a spare so you can always have a charged unit available.It has very sticky pads for attaching to my lower back and stays put unless I get sweaty. The 25-minute default cycles are great, but I do have a saved "favorite" setting I use, and I try to use it every day. It took two or three weeks of regular use for me to notice the benefit...and that was the realization that "hey, I haven't felt any sciatica lately!". I think it is a very cost-effective way to address sciatica for me. The biggest challenge for me is when it has addressed the sciatica and I'm feeling no pain, then I begin to forget to use it. Duh.

Have used TENS units for 4 years. Thought a Wireless version would be an upgrade. It wasn't. Applied pads to 3 different body areas and in all 3 cases, the unit said that it could not detect a human body and refused to operate. In addition, the old fashioned way that the remote receptors attach to the pads (so old fashioned that I cannot remember their name) defeats the goal of making it more convenient than units with wires. I may look for another wireless version but returned this one.

I LOVE my TENS/EMS unit. I am 40+ and play basketball 3-4 days a week. This thing is like the "Firefly" that is seen everywhere for recovery, but I don't throw it away. I charge it back up and use it as needed. It's portable and goes with me everywhere. It has tons of speed controls and variations. It's very comfortable to wear and extremely good quality. I have sent the link to family members to purchase. This is a must have for athletes to recover. Great value!
