Good product from Panasonic
I purchased a Panasonic Single Line 2.4GHz KX-TG3611SX Digital Cordless Telephone from the seller Target A2Z through Amazon. The packaging of the product was nice and as per Amazon advt. The product was in a sealed pack and new one. I received a handset, base station, charging adapter and 2 nos. rechargeable AAA cells along with a operation manual and a bill. There was no signed warranty card inside from the seller. Regarding the quality of the product, it is still working fine after constant use of last 60 days. The sound quality is fine. There is a speaker phone mode, though the sound is not that loud. There is no backlit display on the dialpad. The range is very good and easily covering my whole villa of 2500 Sq. Ft. without diminishing the quality. There is no interference with adjacent modem or other electronic gadgets around on the voice quality. But the base station must be always connected to power line, most preferably to UPS, otherwise there will be no incoming or outgoing call even if the handset runs on rechargeable batteries. There is no requirement of always keeping the handset connected to base station while not in use. The handset runs 48 hrs even if u don't charge it. For the first time use, u need to charge it for 7 hrs minimum. The display LED is clear and shows the incoming and outgoing calls. Phonebook software is very low grade and not much user friendly. There is a call and charging alert LED on top of the handset. The ringtones are not that loud and may not be audible from distance. The handset and the base station should be kept away from dust, otherwise it creates trouble in charging. Charging connectors must be kept clean. Another big issue is the after sales service. There are a very few service centres of Panasonic authorised for handset service. The common service centres of Panasonic for TV, refrigerators etc. in your city won't entertain complaint for the cordless handset if any. So, be mentally prepared beforehand if you are NOT residing in major metro cities. The phone overall performance is good till now as expected from a low budget cordless phone. But regarding after sales service do not expect much as support.

Pretty decent phone at a good price
Been using it for about 10 days now, here's my take:Pros: Good reception for a 2 BHK in all rooms, the speakerphone is good as well. The size is really nice- the base unit is small and doesn't occupy too much space. The handset has decent battery backup. Doesn't have a page button to find the handset, but I think one hardly ever uses that feature.Cons: I can hear a slight noise in background while making calls which goes away once I switch to a regular phone. Its a minor irritant, but not a deal breaker. Also, I wish the phone ringer was louder- its similar to those for a mobile phone, and more often than not you'll miss it if the phone is in a different room.Overall, its a decent phone to have.

Speaker mode / hands free button is not same
Writing this review after 6 month usage :-1- Speaker mode / hands free button is not same2- sometime it is not easy to figure out the missed call number straight away, you need to enters into multiple screens to see them.3- Line-of-sight range is great, I can easily talk from anywhere even main unit is behind 2 concrete walls ( within house or 1200 Sq Feet)4- Good if Panasonic can provide "Search your device" function in this version also which is useful in finding the phone if hidden somewhere5- Note that base unit need ac power always to operate ( even device is having battery )Overall good and sleek design , love to use it

Good Build Quality but barely audible on a call
The product looks robust and comes nicely packed with a detailed manual. The battery backup is good enough. The dial pad is comfortable and the set looks sleek and beautiful on the desk. Has an alarm facility which is good and loud. Option of changing ringtones is there. However, while on a call the sound is quite low. Even when the speaker is turned on (speaker is at the back of the handset), one still needs to bring the phone near the ear to be able to hear. In an environment where there is usual hum drum noises at home or maybe even radio/TV running at normal volume, one cannot hear the person on the other side of the phone. Especially difficult for older aged people to hear. Had to return and buy a higher model.

Average Product
The media could not be loaded. Pros:1- The range of the phone is preety good. It's work on 2.4 band wifi. Even if you had 2-3 storied house, You'll get the signal everywhere.and that's the only pros this phone offers.Cons:1- Ring Volume and call volume is very low. Even if you put the phone on speaker while calling, it will not be enough. If there is an old member in your family or a person with hearing problem, just avoid this phone. Don't even think abouth this model.2- Caller LOGS: theres is not any proper call log available. Even a cheap basic mobile phone offerws call log feature. You can not trace who called you or whom you called with date time and duration. There is a miss called log and a redial list (redial list contains only last dialed numbers not date time and duration). But that is not enough.3-Screen Size and Quality- It can be subjective but the screen size is small and display quality is poor, not enough contrast. In my opinion this phone is highly overpirced, at this price we can get a good branded feature phone, But this phone does not provide the basic features a phone should have.
