Yes effective, worked within 2 days only, It worked only when lizard was present in absence of its routine place you spray then it came again. So only spray when the time of its arrival otherwise smell will vanish and it will be non effective.

Seems to be quite effective against lizards, smell is also ok but leaves stains on the walls. However the stain dims after about one hour.
