I have been using the Recron Joy pillows for more than a year (had ordered it before as well).The pillows work as expected.A word about Compression Packed Pillows--------------------------------------------------------------When you get the product, if it is shipped correctly, then you will get the "compressed-pack" pillows. What it means is that for making the logistics easier, the pillows are compressed (typically using an industrial grade machine) and vacuum sealed. It helps keep them compressed and makes them easier to stack.It also means that when you receive the pillow, you will find it compressed and not fluffy. Don't get disheartened though. Once you take it out of the pack, within 30 minutes you should see a significant difference. The pillow get fluffier as time passes and within the next 3-4 hours it should regain its fluffy appearance.Tip: If it does not become fluffy by the next day as well, it would be time to call Amazon and return the product! :)Typical Usage---------------------The pillows look big, but I have seen my 3 yr old kid sleep on it and not wake up with neck pain at all! The pillow is extremely soft and when you put your head on it, it gets comfortably compressed taking shape of the head. This is NOT to be confused with memory foam pillows. The pillow will be back to its original shape the moment you lift your head off.I have been using my previous pair for more than a year and the pillow has not lost the shape.Washing and Caring for the pillow-------------------------------------------------I know that the pillow can be washed. But I have never tried it. I don't see a need for it as well if the pillow is encased in a pillow-cover 24x7. If you are washing it though, please avoid wringing it to remove the water. Re-fluff it using hands. I have not seen the pillows go muddy or dusty at all in the past one year, despite not washing them and they still look white like new. This is because we change the pillow covers every few weeks and the only time the pillow is exposed is the few seconds between removing the old pillow cover and putting the new one on.Buying Decisions---------------------------There are a lot of fiber-filled pillows out there and it is a matter of personal preference as to which one you choose. Recron is the brand from Reliance Industries. The pillows have a million different brand names(Bliss, Joy, Aura, Paradise etc within the Recron brand itself). If you ask me, get any of the Recron pillows that's fiber-filled and is available at a cheaper price. I personally don't think there is much of a difference. But I would recommend trying these in the shop first if you are that concerned.The pillows like Joy are only fiber-filled. There are other pillows like Aura, which is the "quilted top" pillow. Then there's an Ortho pillow, which sort of reminds me of the baby pillows we use for the newborns! Please do a due diligence on what sort of products best fits your needs. For reference, I bought mine at 592/- for two pillows. It seems a reasonable price (sub-300/-) to pay per pillow

Meets all expectations of a good pillow. Soft and easy to adjust. This is product from Reliance Industries, so no quality issues. Now, I can sleep without any discomfort....

Excellent pillow. I used it for 6 months now and still the pillow is fluffy and comfortable. Also,the latest one is slightly bigger than previous one's.

Little costly compared to local malls, pillow became thin after 3-4 month, better u go for regular cotton pillow

Two pillows at reasonable price. But wouldn't long last. 😁

It's not good as per their product(what they mentioned) description. It's not worthy for mentioned price. It's ok ok . But im not too happy with this product.

Very comfortable pillows. I have been instantly sleeping since I bought this pillow. Very relaxing and soft.
