I have been taking some of the ingredients of this supplement separately for a while so when I saw this I thought I would give it a go. The product and packaging are both excellent quality, the tablets are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or repeating flavours and I haven’t noticed any side effects from taking them. It’s difficult to quantify the actual positive effects of a single supplement when you are following an overall healthy regime, but I feel that these are definitely beneficial - the only reason for deducting a star is for the relatively high cost.

I've been taking this on and off for over a month. The capsules are standard sized, very easy to swallow with a bit of water. There are no bad odours or tastes on the capsules, they are high quality, with clean ingredients and I haven't experienced any negative side effects.After a week of use I started noticing better energy levels in the morning and a better mood as a result.The effects are subtle however, and you may want to consider if its worth the cost. The ingredients are all natural. It's not a miracle but it can provide a slight improvement if you work on other areas at the same time.

These little red capsules are small and easy to swallow. It comes packaged in a white plastic container and with 60 capsules per container you get1 months supply @ 2 capsules per day per container. I can't say I noticed any change in mood but I do know the benefits of Shilajit and I highly recommend that supplement. I'm not familiar with the other ingredients this combination contains. You get 2 months supply from this 2 pack and although it is a very expensive supplement I do feel there is a benefit in taking this. My only gripe is the price which I think excludes this from being a good value for money supplement.
