In the process of building a fire place and mantel looks great.

Exactly as pictured and what I wanted. It's beautiful and light weight. It was pretty easy to install.

I love my mantel. It’s gorgeous. The first one I received was damaged in shipping, but the customer service with the company was amazing. Before I even returned the damagaed mantel, they already had another one in its way to me. It was exactly what I was looking for!

The color and quality was exactly what I expected. I was very pleased with the product.

My fireplace and decorations are a work in progress, the hearth is not done yet - waiting for some of the tile to come in. Anyway, I absolutely love my mantle and so glad that I finally have one. I have wanted to do something with my fireplace for a very long time and it's finally getting done. The mantle is just beautiful and I feel that it is good quality. I had someone install it and they said it was real easy.

We recently remodeled our fire place and wanted to include a mantle that went well with our modern-farmhouse look we were trying to achieve. This Urbandi mantle really did the job! Not only was it priced very well in comparison to all of the other companies, but it shipped in under a week and our contractor said it was super easy to install. We were originally torn between the "rustic" and this "contemporary" model, but I think we made a great decision going with this contemporary mantle in brown.

I spent almost $800 with this company for three large 60" mantels. When they arrived, the color did not match what I was expecting and the wood patterns showed large variations, not smooth as advertised.Since I'm a savvy consumer, I was sure to check the advertised return policy which assured me of a full refund. But when I tried to initiate a return, I was told I would have to pay the substantial shipping costs for the return. I've returned so so many Amazon items, and the most I've ever had to do was provide my own box. This information on shipping costs was nowhere to be found, either in the listed Amazon return policy or on Urbandi's Amazon storefront.When I reached out, Urbandi was immediately curt and dismissive and told me that the policy on their own website is different than the one listed on Amazon. I suppose they expect customers to assume that the Amazon product description is untrue, leave this website, navigate to another website, and only then find the 'correct' return information? These are bait-and-switch tactics, and they are dishonest and misleading for consumers shopping through Amazon.TLDR Urbandi does not stand by the advertised "Full Refund" policy! Beware! Do not buy! If the item is different than you expected, be prepared to shell out the cash to get rid of it again!
