Remember the old days when you’d buy an aftermarket remote and then have to program it for your tv? Those days are apparently long gone now. I have several Samsung smart tv’s, ranging from just bought this year to several years old, and the remote on the newest one started to malfunction already. These aftermarket remotes only cost $9 on sale for a pair of two(2). They look like the older style Samsung remote, which I prefer, compared to the sleeker, new remotes that only have a few buttons. I put 2 AAA batteries in and they worked perfectly without any programming whatsoever! All the functions worked like on the older Samsung remotes and now we have extra remotes to meet our family’s needs. Easy to use, great functionality, and super cheap! Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t tell you how much money this item alone has saved me compared to going to a retail store. I’ve purchased these multiple times in the past and will continue to buy these again. They will last, my problem is having other people in the house who lose them and so on. A great replacement remote without doing any programing. Simply add the two batteries and start using it. Depending on the batteries you purchase will determine the battery life. The controls work and everything is marked in a clear manner.

These work perfectly. My kids lost 3-4 remotes (best guess is they are in a landfill somewhere now, never found them). These are always what we use as replacements. Luckily they are older now and put them back relatively where they are supposed to go. Never had an issues with battery life or the buttons not working. Great remote and even better price. I’m still surprised these are priced so well almost a year later. Think they are even 15% off while I’m typing this up lol.

it works on my Samsung curve tv, some buttons don't work for the tv but the main ones i need do. My mom had a hard time with my other remote and with this one, she was able to use.

I'm using these with a Samsung TV that is pretty old, and they work perfectly. I just put in the aaa batteries and that was all there was to it. I'm so tired of looking for the remote, I thought it would be much easier to have a few spares around.

After traveling all around the state of Florida they finally arrived at my house.The remote paired right up with my Samsung TV & works much better than the original one. I like that it has a prime video button & I can get right to prime video without going through so many steps that I had to do on the original one. Big improvement. Would highly recommend this.

Bought these for my father, he keeps both in the living room. He likes them except on one the buttons stick. So he keeps both so he can switch them out. Between the two they make a great controller.
