Mixes well in water (I use a blender wand). No gritty aftertaste. Got the typical heat flush and slight itchy feeling in my neck and jawline which is typical for me given the compounds used. I was hoping for better pumps but after 10 days of use, have not seen anything exceptional. Good product that tastes great, but room for improvement for sure.

Undefined nutrition is a strange company name, it almost sounds as if they don't know their place in the supplement industry! Why are you undefined?! LOL. Anyway, it's a well known Strongman's brand, Brian shaw. He's now retired, however pretty big on youtube. Overall, it's a solid all around preworkout, appears to be clinically dosed. 6g's of citrulline malate and 1g of Agmatine sulfate make for the best muscle mind connection pumps. 220mg of caffeine is on the more moderate side of stims, making it perfect for sports. Theobromine acting as a more calm form of energy, so it works synergically with caffeine. Choline bitartrate helps with focus, as the active choline source. No downsides to this preworkout, it's a major go!

I wanted to like it. As I like the other UN products. But I have to be honest. This stuff had my kidneys hurting after using it only twice. I have never had kidney pain or any kidney issues. But after using this Pre two times before workouts. My guts and kidneys started aching like never before. I had to stop using. Then I looked into the ingredients.... Yikes. There is silicon dioxide in this. To keep it from clumping up. Which causes kidney issues. So I can't recommend this product. It's not good. It sucks to toss out $50 in the trash but this stuff is dangerous. Kind of disappointed in Brian. I really thought he would produce a solid product. Oh well.

In terms of performance, I didn’t notice a huge difference in the gym from a week of use unfortunately. It certainly did the job it was supposed to do, but I can’t say it exceeded my expectations. It mixed rather well, and it wasn’t gritty or clumpy at all. The flavor was okay but it wasn't the fruit punch I was expecting, and I didn’t find it to be too sweet. I think there is a bit too much beta-alanine, since it gave me some pretty wicked tingles. No crazy focus/energy or anything, just pretty standard for caffeine.Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone, as it wasn’t worse than other similar products I’ve tried before; but I can’t say it was a standout either.

For me, the taste was not great, and the caffeine amount made me jittery. I generally like blue raz favorite pre-workouts too. I wanted to love this item but unfortunately did not.

Good pre-workout. Tastes pretty good and mixes well. Not too much jitteriness just focus and energy. It's 3rd party tested which I definitely want. Nice value.
