Tastes good, works perfectly, mixes well (if shaken with an agitator), and is a great value.There are better-tasting proteins on the market, but not for this value.

It's good, has a lot protein, low sugar... the only downside is that you get bored with the flavor. I was doing proffee with it and is good. And for the price and amount the value for money is worth it.For my next purchase I will be buying vanilla, to be able to make smoothie.

Good stuff, I like how when mixed with water is not thick and chucky

This protein powder is extremely sweet!! It was soooo bad I could hardly finish the first glass I had.I also didn't feel good after drinking it ( it had the taste of chemicals).I looked at the ingredients of the protein powder and it has Sucralose and Acesulfame in it. Both have potential bad effects. When looking them up I found that Sucralose may have negative impacts on gut health which can lead to issues like imbalance of gut bacteria. It can also worsen blood sugar control, increase insulin resistance and even be linked to increased risk of cancer.On Acesulfame some research says it can lead to weight gain, digestive issues and other health problems.This is unfortunate as it looked like it was a good product. But this shows the importance of looking up all the ingredients and know what they are before doing a purchase. Unfortunately I just lost my money on this one.
