he installation process was very easy, as it adapted to the previous plate of the door. The instructions on how to install it are very clear and understandable. Once installed, the configuration process is easy. To open it, it includes several options since it comes with keys. You can do it with a fingerprint, a blue card, or configure it with a code. It was a lot of fun to do and there are incredible functions such as holding down to close the door. I have fun hearing when the bolt is closing. I really recommend it for its presentation, quality, and security. Buy it and you'll have fun. My door is more beautiful than ever.

I love this lock. It comes with multiple keys. The best feature is the fingerprint recognition, because I have a 10 year old kid and it’s easy for him. Very easy to install. The app is really self explanatory and easy to use. This lock is built with great quality and a great price.

The installation process was incredibly straightforward. However, I encountered a couple of hiccups during the setup in the app. I believe these were user errors rather than issues with the app itself.One important note is that the lock function requires you to hold it down while leaving the house. Initially, it struggled to lock, but I suspect it was simply the system attempting to calibrate correctly.Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the app. It’s incredibly user-friendly and offers a range of features at no cost. Notifications are also free. However, before setting up the lock, you need to purchase and set up the gateway first. I’m not sure why this step is necessary, but once the gateway was configured, everything worked seamlessly.The fingerprint scanner and touch buttons are both excellent. I have no complaints about any of these features.The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating is because the setup process in the app wasn’t particularly quick. Additionally, I haven’t been able to connect it to Alexa, but I decided against giving Amazon access to my front door.

It is very convenient and easy to install because it works with fingerprints, keys, cards, and apps. Highly recommended.

I find it a little finicky. It at times doesn’t take the finger print unlock and doesn’t allow you to redo it. It needs a gateway to use the WiFi unlock. It’s not a lock I would purchase again

I have not had it in for to long but it is working very well for me not a problem
