Yes, they do have their own holders. You initially buy a pack with the holder and rim block then just buy refills after that.

Can these be used with septic tanks?

I think so, but not sure of the benefit you're trying to achieve with it. It needs a flush of water to release small doses each time. Would you be soaking it in fluid constantly?

Good value

It's a toilet flush! Used this one for years and found works best, lasts long and does the job well. Tesco's have stopped selling, probably other supermarkets still do, but Tesco's dominate my area so easier to buy on line than travel a long distance just for toilet flush. So if price stays reasonable will continue to order on Amazon.

These Genuine refills work perfectly with the Toilet Duck Liquid Rimblock.

I was having trouble finding refills for the Toilet Duck Liquid Rimblock which I bought a long time ago but only put in to use recently. This pack of 6 double refills for under £12 postage included seems really good value. You can buy this product at a slightly reduced price on a subscription basis but as these should last us about a year that seemed a bit unnecessary in our case.The scent is pleasant and they seem to help with cleaning too. we now have a super loo.
