This is pretty much my favorite way to dispense a product like this. The roller ball is easy to maneuver and get the most out of the menthol here. It rolls on very cool, but not in a way that should bother most people. It does have a stay factor since the area will remain cool for a good while afterwards. It provides moderate relief to localized pain that isn't too overwhelmed. It has a child safety cap so some people might have a hard time removing the top, I like to turn it a few times just to break it since I do not have any young ones around. Overall this product is as good as others I have tried out there in the roll on menthol pain relief sector.

The lidocaine in this does help with minor aches and pains, the menthol gives you a bit of the cooling sensation but very minimal. I do like that it comes in a roll on, it makes application very easy and mess free. You can definitely get better products for a similar or cheaper price elsewhere though.

I have some bone & muscle issues and have tried numerous rubs, patches, oils, and ointments. Of course, nothing takes the all the pain away.I saw this and wanted to give it a try. Two things that were important to me are, it's made in the USA and it is also a woman owned company.When it arrived, I was excited to try it. I'm recovering from shoulder surgeries and my shoulders always hurt - hoping it's not going to be permanent!I sat here and slowly rolled this on my shoulder and upper arm. Once I got plenty of product on, I took one of my small massage balls and massaged the area for a while.As I was massaging, I noticed the pain lifting. Of course, it didn't take all the pain away, but it sure helped. The shoulder and arm felt much better for most of the day.Overall, this is on par with several more expensive, name brand roll on pain relievers. I'm satisfied and recommend.

This helps with the pain, but doesn't last too long. I like the roll-on application as it keeps my hands clean.
