Recently removed the tints from my car, after taking the vinyl off it left lots of glue on the windows. I was using my wife's nail varnish removing which was doing the job OK.Anyway I ordered this from amazon and arrived the next day! My God is this stuff good, I literally sprayed on and wiped all the residual glue off! Over the moon as i expected this job to be an absolute pain, but using this tar and glue remover it came off a breeze. Doesn't smell great but what a great product, can't recommend it enough!

First off this stuff stinks, even in the sealed bottle and thick plastic zip bag it shipped in the smell of solvent is so strong. No wonder instructions say use in well ventilated area!Using the product is straight forward but I found it only removed the black of the tar on first pass leaving a brown mark, another go and the brown got lighter again. At this point with a coloured car or dark paint you think it has gone job done but on white it’s still there.I gave up after three goes to remove it as was concerned about damaging the clear coat. Wouldn’t recommend for light coloured cars.

I hoped that this product would work but it exceeded expectations. A car cover on a car I was storing for somebody had split so I had used duct tape to stick it back together, carefully overlapping the edges so no glue would touch the car. However recently the heat and high winds meant I went out to find the tape stuck all over the car, baking in the sun. I had even bought some plastic scrapers expecting the glue removal to be a heavy, time consuming job. However a spray and a wipe with a cloth, even in the afternoon summer heat, and the glue came straight off and the paintwork is completely undamaged. I highly recommend this product!

I used this to remove old spray adhesive on the interior walls on my campervan. It worked amazingly. It was a bit potent so I would advise wearing a paper mask in an enclosed space like a van or car.The only problem I had was the spray nozzle gave up about half way through so I had to pour it on a rag and rub it in, this was a bit of a faff but it still worked.
