Keeping hydrated
Bought this to keep myself hydrated while taking a GLP1. I've seen LMNT electrolytes being recommended by Americans as it's meant to be the best brand out there but I couldn't justify the cost of it. Ive heard of Free Soul for PCOS supplements but didn't know they also did electrolytes so I when saw the ads for this product I looked into it.It has a pleasant taste. As others have said it is salty but that's the point I guess if you're trying to stay hydrated.I'm not a big fan of the Stevia in it but LMNT has it so I settled.I thought about making my own with sugar and salt in water but it has all these extra minerals and vitamins which is helpful as I'm not always great at remembering to take my multi vitamins. It's easy to use as theyre little sachets which you just tear open. The smell is pleasant like the taste. The sachet can be added to 400ml-1L which is a good size as a typical reusable water bottle is around 500ml so I'll typically refill my water a bit with the powder in it still to keep the benefits of the electrolytes.I'll typically use one every other day so that it lasts a little longer and I get the best value for money. I paid around £30 which is a bit much to use it every day but compared to other brands I'm happy to pay for a product which is good quality and has good ingredients.Would be nice if they did more flavours as i would definitely try them (like LMNT does)

This works!
A more salty taste compared to Liquid IV but it’s an electrolyte product! And it still tastes good. Works just as I would expect it to.

Salty but good
Only had two sachets been seen to be fine. Definately salty

Highly recommend
Highly recommend this product, I’ve bought this a couple of times now and while I initially thought it was a bit expensive, actually they are totally worth it. Taste great and mix well, and provide all the hydration I’m looking for.

These are great value for money
I love this, after doing extensive research (chat GPT) made comaprisons for me and this came out top. It's got a high content of each ingredients, more so than some other brands, they taste good as well. They are salty due to the high sodium count, but that is what you want in a good quality electrolyte. You get 30 sachets in a pack so you get a months worth and also being in a sachet it's easy to pack, you can take as many as you need for your trip away. I'm taking mine on my beach holiday to replace whatever is lost in sweat

Citrus kick
Not tried it for long but it taste lovely. Yes it's a bit salty but I mixed mine with 700ml of water and found it to be a perfect balance. It's refreshing and gives you the kick you need.

Great product. Takes some getting used to.
Very good, clean ingredients that hydrate very well but takes time to get used to due to the salty taste.
