Liquid Weather
I had my large box front porch (2m x 2.5m) converted with a pitched roof. The new roof tiles ended up being considerably lighter than the tiles on the house roof. I bought liquid weather and painted the porch tiles with a brush. I needed two coats and 2.5 L easily covered it with plenty left over. The result was quite amazing and really made the roof colour look years older and nicely weathered in. I am very impressed and would buy this product again, so can certainly recommend it.

Ageing solution
Great product been use if it for 10 years now, live in the same village as the guy who created it. If you aging stone or brick I would recommend spraying them first before laying , or if your repointing a property , spray the area before pointing new mortar in so it doesn’t tint the mortar you are using . I always buy the 2.5L bottle and dilute it 50/50 with water, which dos twice the distance . I give the stone a couple of coats and I find this blends in well with building that are 100 / 200 plus year old. In the 10 years I’ve used it I’ve not seen any problems or fault with this product. And find this a far cheaper alternative buying new stone and tinting it with the product then having to buy reclaimed stone which in most cases is twice the price of new. The pictures above show some new stone gate pillars I’ve built in new stone and sprayed with this product.

Works surprisingly well
Blended new bricks of a different type with old stock from 60 years ago surprisingly well.

Great idea, but difficult to use well.
This was recommended by my roofing supplier to help colour match roof tiles, but it was not practical. We tried to weather about 100 tiles, which I’d not an achievable feat. It is very hard to get even smooth coats without brush or sponge marks. We made some success with spraying it, but you needed many coats to really darken a tile, but it explains why they sell it in big bottles. This may be a practical option for 1-10 tiles or bricks only.
