Not worth it
Its important to note that this chair isn't ergonomic in the slightest. Yes the seat is a little wider than most and it's more reliable in the sense it can hold more weight but beyond that, this is just a cheap office chair. It offers no lumbar or back support, and isn't suitable for anyone with back or neck issues. Quite frankly, stating this is ergonomic is false advertising.

Comfort at last
Haven’t had this chair a week but so far very happy, actually wide enough and deep enough for me to sit comfortably, been searching long time for a decent chair and very good price too

Comfy but lack of quality in few parts
Few issues that I found with it:- no headrest however, that depends on the intention of use as if you are constantly leaning towards the desk then you won't need a headrest.- levers are not very intuitive to operate and are hard to reach - for some reasons the two levers are not very easy to operate and it takes time to get used to them to operate them efficiently. The left side lever for leaning backwards is placed very low and it is hard to reach to adjust the back rest.- the lumbar support is not great and nearly impossible to adjust. When you take a seat the lumbar support doesn't feel like doing anything as it is just too far to the back and adjusting it is just too hard to even bother.Except that it is very comfortable chair with very soft and comfy seat. The back rest is good and when you slightly tilt the chair backwards it gives you very nice seating position. Adjustable armrests are fine however not the best quality. The whole chair is very sturdy and definitely will be nice to seat in it for a longer period of time but I think the quality of few things mentioned above are not worth the price.

Its pretty comfortable
Once I managed to piece this together I realised there's actually more to its appearance but admittedly not sure what makes it ergonomic so I personally just ignored that word, what I can say so far is that its claim of being heavy duty is certainly true as its had no issue with me sitting on it for good portions of the day (and I'm a pretty chunky dude). Things like arm height and the back can be adjusted though I personally left the back as default and put the arms at full height so can't really comment on those but seems fine. Same for adjusting the chair via the levers below.I can appreciate the inclusion of some spare screws given dropping them when putting it together is a very real thing that can happen. As for pricing its not really something I have the experience to comment on but I will note as of writing its cheaper than its original cost and a lot lower than the £209 it was at one point so could be pretty recommendable at the moment. Certainly for those that prioritize sturdiness and practicality over anything you could consider 'fancy'.

Not great.
Not overjoyed with this chair. It's a bit rickety and the wheels are AWFUL. They don't slide at all. I feel like I can't lean too heavily on the arms of the chair because they feel like they might bend or break. The seat is nicely cushioned but that's about it. If I didn't have to disassemble it to return it, I would have sent it back.

Great so far!
I am so happy with the quality of this chair and how it looks. The setup was super simple, just a few parts to connect which you can easily do on your own. The instructions in the book were simple to follow although you don't really need them if you are experienced with flat packs/chair assembly. The look is great, matte black simple design which looks nice and will work for many different rooms. The armrests can be adjust up or down and have a padding which is soft and comfortable. The material in general is super soft and made from foam which is great to be sat at all day. There are many positions you can choose between and lock in on which is great as well as the height of the chair for all different height people and uses. The weight limitation is good as well, some chairs have a low weight limit which I feel just wears them out quicker, so hopefully this will last a long time.Great chair I highly recommend! The price is average for what you would expect for a decent chair.
