If you are like me and have spent ages looking for a solution to raising your bed to sleep for gerd, cancer or heart issues, this will solve all your problems! Super easy to set up too and I’m nearly 70. I have a double bed and bought two which you will need and I have a decent mattress that came rolled up with a 4 inch topper. Considering what ugly hospital beds look like, the cost is so worth it. I am just thrilled with this purchase and build quality. I only wish I had found this solution sooner :)BTW if you get two for a double you will want the sync add on.

I bought this for my mum. We set it up today at it seems to work. Hoping its long term reliable.By way of feedback for the manufacturers...The plastic transport clip fell out on unboxing.I think this is why the plastic feet that fit into the piston fell out. It took us 20 minutes to work out what the part was and where to fit it back in. I'm hoping we got it right. It would be good if it was glued in place rather than loose.The straps on the non slip pad are very wide apart. As such, the unit keeps slipping out of them. It would be good if they were closer and held it. The unit is butted up against a headboard so i'm hoping this will do the job. If we had a slippy base or no headboard it might be a problem. That said, the straps are elastic so not sure now much the pad would help anyway.Apart from that, it seems well built and easy to use and has no problem lifting the mattress. Mum's happy.If it weren't for the above, i'd have given 5 stars. We might have just got a duff unit.If you do buy one, hope the above helps.

Perfect item works lovely

I have recently suffered with an L1 fracture in my back & it was impossible to lay flat.This allowed me to sleep in a comfortable for the first time in three weeks.I would highly recommended this product, it has HONESTLY been a life changer.A real quality product, forget the cost, if you’re in pain you need this.

Does exactly what it says, very easy to understand instructions

Very sceptical when first received it but it is absolutely great and it does what it says on the tin. It lifts me up and lowers me down and the motor is very quiet so as not to disturb the other sleeper.it gives me confidence to do more things and I’m very impressed with the whole system

It's ok but not sold with a 3 point plug for the adaptor
